If so, we’ve got a case study for you! Solar Art recently did a wall graphics installation at Cascade Yard Campus in Bellevue, Washington, for similar reasons! Our mission here at Solar Art is to enhance homes and businesses through protection, security, and design while providing excellent customer service. To do this and help our customer achieve their goals, we start by having a sales representative meet with the customer at the job site. We do this so our team can learn the specific details of the project, get exact measurements, and show the customer project examples or window film samples. For this project, our sales representative out of our Seattle office met with the onsite contact at the job site to do just this. While onsite, he explained that the owner of the business was interested in custom graphics to add color throughout the office, as well as display the company values and mission statement on different walls in the office space. From there, our sales representative took measurements of the different walls the customer was interested in getting graphics installed to so we could get them over a quote.
Since the customer already knew they were interested in getting wall graphics installed, our sales representative didn’t make any suggestions. He put the customer in contact with our graphics specialist to figure out what the wall graphics would look like in the office space.
Solar Art is fortunate enough to have our own in-house graphics department, making custom graphics installations more hands-on and efficient for the customer. This customer didn’t know what they wanted the wall graphics to look like exactly, but he did have an idea. He knew that he wanted the wall graphics to have a pop of color and reflect the company’s mission statement and values, but that was it. Our graphics specialist worked closely with the customer to create the wall graphics you see in the photo above. The wall graphics incorporate colors and clearly show off the company’s values and mission statement, which is exactly what the customer was looking for.
This installation ended up being 684 square feet of wall graphics and took two of our installers 4.5 hours to complete. Overall, this installation was a success! The Solar Art team was able to successfully help the customer bring their vision to life and create wall graphics that are vibrant and reflect the company values and mission statement.
