This month, we are excited to shine the spotlight on one of our team members, Michael Benedetti, who has been with us for almost five years as our Finance and Accounting Manager.
Solar Art has been growing at a massive rate year over year, and Michael has played a significant role in managing our finances and ensuring that we operate efficiently amidst the growth. With his expertise in finance and accounting, Michael has proven to be an asset to our team over the years, and we are grateful for his unwavering dedication.
When asked about his experience working at Solar Art, Michael said that the best thing about working here is the people. "Everyone comes each day with a positive attitude and is ready to work. Everyone is always willing to give a helping hand when needed as well. The culture that has been created here is amazing," he said.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys staying active with hobbies such as golfing, hiking, and skiing during the winter. When it comes to his favorite perk at Solar Art, he mentioned that it's Friends and Family Day, which allows employees to spend time with their loved ones and indulge in activities they enjoy.
"This is one that I have made sure I have used each year and have used it for trips mainly. I was able to use it for a trip to the San Juan Islands with my wife, as well as a golf trip with my Dad another year. It just allows you to maybe splurge on something that you would not typically do," he said.
