Solar Art’s goals for this project were simple. Help the customer with their privacy issues using window film. To best help the customer achieve their goals, our estimator goes on-site to get exact measurements and talk about window film options.
This project was a little different than a standard installation in the sense that it was a bid off of plans. What that means is the customer was doing a lot of work to their office space, and window film was part of the scope of work. The customer already knew what areas they wanted window film in the office and even what type of window film they wanted. They called out the window film on the plans and sent it out for different companies to bid on. Solar Art bid on the project, and we won!
Since the customer already had a window film in mind, our team didn’t need to make any recommendations. The customer chose to get three different window films installed in the office space. The first is window graphics that they decided to have installed on conference rooms and private offices throughout the building. The window graphics the customer chose are a subtle pattern that increases privacy without drastically changing the look of the space. The second window they installed is a dry erase film called Everase to increase productivity during meetings. This product can be installed directly onto glass surfaces. The business owner also wanted Madico frosted window film installed in three rooms in the building for maximum privacy. It was our team's job to confirm the measurements given, produce the custom graphics, and get everything installed for the customer.
