Solar Art installed several wall murals throughout Certain, Inc.’s office in San Francisco, California! We were contracted through Shelterwerk, who is a full service architecture and interior design firm. We worked closely with our contacts at Shelterwork, to ensure Certain, Inc. got their dream office space. The customer had enormous white walls throughout the office, which created a cold and uninviting feel. They were also looking for decorative window film to be installed on the private offices. Certain, Inc. worked with Shelterwerk to create the design and we made it come to life!
Since this installation was such a large scope of work, our in-house graphics team, sales team, operations department and installers all worked closely with the design firm! Our sales team and operations manager went on site multiple times to confirm the measurements and scope as it changed quite a few times. There were 5 total wall graphics installed and our installation specialists installed 1-2 graphics per day. The installation process was slower than other types of installations, because once the wall graphic hits the wall, it can’t be re-positioned. The customer was looking for a design factor that would dress up his white walls, but not be a distraction to employees. They decided to have a faint city skyline printed on blue window vinyl. As for the decorative window film, they had a band of 3M Dusted Crystal installed to private offices with a 3 inch reveal. This created some privacy for the employees in the offices while also creating a clean and modern look. In addition to wall murals and decorative window film, Solar Art installs solar film, security window film and anti graffiti film to both residential and commercial settings.
