Solar Art Window Film Announces Acquisition of Royal Window Films

Irvine, California, April 29th, 2015 – Solar Art today announced the acquisition of Royal Window Films, a privately held company headquartered in Anaheim, CA. Royal Window Films is one of the largest commercial window film companies in the country and has been serving the California commercial window film market for over 30 years. RWF specializes in all types of applications including solar, security, graffiti, and decorative window film products.

This is the second acquisition this year for Solar Art whose focus is on expanding its reach and customer base within the industry. Matthew Darienzo, CEO of Solar Art commented on the acquisition. “This acquisition of RWF will be instrumental in our expansion giving us the flexibility to manage multiple large projects and facilitate installations not only in our immediate territory but into new markets as well. Although this is one of our largest acquisitions to date, the RWF staff and installers are experts in their field and should make for a seamless transition.”

John Henderson, former owner of RWF will stay on in a commercial sales role for the company. John Henderson commented on the acquisition, “The combination of our two companies was an exciting idea and we are confident Solar Art can service our existing customers to the high standard that we’ve set at Royal for so many years.”
