Meet Matt Faulkner, our Marketing Director at BMG (Budget Marketing Group) who orchestrates all marketing endeavors for Solar Art. With over 13 years of experience in the digital marketing realm, Matt joined our team in August 2021.
What is your favorite thing about working for Solar Art?
When asked about his tenure at BMG, Matt expressed his enthusiasm for contributing to the substantial growth of our company. He finds joy in leveraging his marketing skills to influence consumer behavior and connect with our audience through digital platforms. Matt particularly appreciates the professionalism within our workplace and the genuine care exhibited by C-level and upper management towards our team members.
How do you balance your personal and professional life at Solar Art?
In his leisure time, Matt participates in various hobbies such as basketball, competitive gaming (where he has traveled and competed in Halo tournaments), and getting lost in Laguna Beach.
What is your favorite perk at BMG?
Reflecting on the perks offered at BMG, Matt finds it challenging to choose between the Friends & Family Perk, which he has utilized for trips with friends, and the Health & Wellness perk, which covers his LA Fitness pass.

Meet Ariel Sepulveda, our Social Media Manager at BMG (Budget Marketing Group)! With a Master’s of Science in Digital Media Management from USC, Ariel has leveraged her creativity and expertise for the past two years at BMG to contribute to Solar Art’s growth.
What is your favorite thing about working for Solar Art?
When asked about her favorite part of working at BMG, Ariel explained that she enjoys being able to flex her creative muscles when editing videos or making content for better customer engagement, and seeing the positive impact her work has on the company. Since joining BMG in April 2022, she has been able to meet a lot of new people. So, while the BMG team may be small, Ariel loves being part of the larger Solar Art community and being in a position where she can work with people in different departments of the company and across the country.
How do you balance your personal and professional life at Solar Art?
Outside of work, Ariel enjoys volunteering at animal shelters, finding new and different coffee shops, and spending time with her family and friends. Work has been able to help her spend even more time with friends.
What is your favorite perk at BMG?
Ariel’s favorite BMG perk was being able to use her Health & Wellness benefits to join a recreational beach volleyball league with her friends.
